> DevWharf LLC is a Washington State limited liability company and independent software consultancy based in Spokane Valley, Washington, US, building custom web, desktop, and mobile applications for small businesses, indie operators, and founders who need a long-term engineering partner instead of gig contractors. We work across PHP, JavaScript, and TypeScript, with WordPress, React, Tauri/Rust, C#/WPF, Python, and Android/Kotlin, and place an emphasis on modular architecture, durable codebases, and award-winning frontend design. DevWharf's founder holds an Associate in Applied Science in Software Development from Spokane Community College (4.0 GPA, degree conferred June 2026, verifiable via Parchment) along with developer certificates in frontend, full-stack, mobile, and PHP development, and DevWharf is an enrolled member of the Apple Developer Program for signed, notarized iOS and macOS app distribution.
